Our refund commitment

After your application is approved and payment is received, Ontime Housing B.V. will schedule a property inspection with a designated agent at a mutually agreed time. If the property does not meet the conditions described or agreed upon, you are entitled to a full refund processed within 3–7 working days.

Refund conditions

Refund must be requested during or immediately after the inspection. The property must materially differ from the agreed description. Refund is processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days. No refunds are issued after acceptance of the property at inspection.

How to request a refund

Contact our agent present at the inspection, or email info@ontimehousing.nl within 24 hours of the inspection. Include your reservation ID and a description of the issue.

Processing timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfer timings may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions and limitations

No partial refunds are offered after the inspection has been completed and accepted. Agency fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
